FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are your prices so low?

While our services are of the same high quality as other local media companies, we have a very low overhead cost becuase all of our staff works on a per project basis. This allows us to pass the savings on to our customers. We aren't charging you for our off time, only the time we work on your project. We're not out to make a killing, only to do what we love and hope you love it too.

Why do prices vary and why must I call for an exact quote?

Your project is unique, as are all others. Some may require more leg work than others, some less. There are many factors that go into the price quote including any required travel, the amount of time required for each project and any other special circumstances. We ask that you call for an exact quote because we can only ballpark until we know the exact details of your specific project.

How far in advance do I need to book my services?

You should call as soon as you have your project date, or even in advance to correlate an open date with us. For instance, the summer is a busy time for weddings, so we would suggest calling months in advance for this sort of project because the chances are higher that your date may already be booked if you wait too long. For smaller projects like format transfers, timing isn't such an issue becuase they can be done at any time of the day if we have another project. Due dates will depend on the volume of projects we have at the time. No matter what the project, call to see if we're open and we will always try to work with you to get your project done by the time you need it.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Presently, no. We are under a high volume production schedule at this time and would prefer that you call in advance to make sure someone will be in office to assist you.

I have an idea for a project that isn't listed on your site. Should I still call?

Yes! Call first before moving on. We are able to accomplish most all media related projects, even if they aren't listed here. Your best bet is to call and ask first, because chances are, we can do it. Call us to share your idea, and we will let you know if we can make it possible.
